Big Fun with Miniatures
Just outside the village of Helen, a big group of
miniature enthusiasts gathered at Unicoi State
Park in the fall of 2009 to create their own versions
of a Bavarian building that could blend
right into the architecture of Helen.A part of the
National Association of Miniature Enthusiasts (NAME),
which has thousands of members in local and regional
clubs around the country and internationally, the 125
men and women at Unicoi put together the basic kits
provided, then proceeded to personalize them.
