Baked Custard
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
Beat eggs lightly. Add milke, sugar, nutmeg and vanilla. Pour into greased custard cups. Place in pan of water and bake in a 325° oven until firm. The time may vary from 50 minutes to 1 hour.
